At Athleta Preloved, we want you to feel confident in your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original sold condition. Please note that as a resale platform, all items must still have the Athleta Preloved authentication tag attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original mailer if possible.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of initiating the return to ensure your refund is processed promptly.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for quality and authenticity, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a small shipping fee.
